Photography

Personal photos are welcome, but please never point your camera at someone praying, and be considerate of the places of worship.

Consideration for those who pray

Please refrain from photographing people against the background of someone praying or of the places of worship. Inside the utaki, please keep photography to a minimum. Personal photography itself is not forbidden, but we ask you to keep in mind that this is a place of prayer.

Commercial photography and publication

Commercial photography and publication require a permit from the Culture Division of the Nanjo City Board of Education. Please apply in advance via Contact, and we will guide you through the process.

Drones

Drones may not be flown at Sefa-utaki. This is to protect the quiet of the sacred site and the safety of worshippers.
