Because of stone paths, stairs and steep slopes, wheelchairs and strollers cannot enter the utaki. Instead, a free video viewing is available at Ganju Station Nanjo.
Footing inside the utaki
The utaki remains a place of prayer, with stone paths, steep slopes and stairs throughout. Some places become slippery on rainy days. Wheelchairs and strollers cannot enter. To avoid strain, we recommend checking the conditions before your visit.
Assistance dogs
Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs may accompany you inside the utaki.
Free video viewing
At Ganju Station Nanjo, you can watch a video of Sefa-utaki free of charge — 13 screenings a day, from 9:05 to 17:40. Through the video you can experience the history and culture of Sefa-utaki.
Admission fees
